If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve any issues and if a refund is determined to be the best course of action, we will process it within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been customized or personalized to a customer's specifications. In the event that a product is defective, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or credit towards a future purchase.
